Presentation Guidelines

Session 1, 2 and 3
Chairs and presenters should enter the ZOOM meeting 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Oral presentations should be no more than 15 minutes for each presenter. This will leave roughly 15-20 minutes for questions at the end of each session.

Panel Discussion
Chairs and invited speakers should enter the ZOOM meeting 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Oral presentations should be no more than 20 minutes for each topic. This will leave roughly 15 minutes for questions and discussion at the end of each session.

Roundtable discussion
Chairs and invited speakers should enter the ZOOM meeting 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Chair should drive the discussion to ensure that all invited speakers have equal time to express their view.
